How to Grow Your Own Food: Spotlight Series


Berry Fun

What could be more fun than berry picking in your own backyard? Come join the fun and learn all you need to know about growing berries in Colorado.

This interactive class for families is designed to keep kids engaged and give parents all the details that will ensure a successful harvest. We’ll cover strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

$30 per family is due with registration to reserve your spot.

Tomatoes, Peppers, and Salad Greens

Nothing beats eating a home-grown tomato straight off the vine or walking out your back door to fill up your salad bowl!

Join us as we learn how to grow a variety of salad greens, tomatoes, and peppers!

This family class will incorporate games and fun facts, along with all the details you need to know to make growing vegetables in Colorado a success. You’ll learn exactly when, where, and how to grow a variety of lettuces, spinach, kale, tomatoes, bell peppers, and hot peppers.
